Shipping
Policy
Upon
receiving your order, we will make every effort to ship your gift
basket within 1 to 2 business days, or personally deliver your basket
with in 2-4 business days. Larger orders may require more time to
ship. Orders placed on Friday, will ship on the following Monday.
Delivery
& Shipping Charges
We
offer personal delivery in select areas of San Diego and Temecula,
California, and ship to all US destinations. Delivery and shipping
charges are in addition to the cost of the gift. Shipping fees vary
depending on the size, weight and destination of the gift. Shipping
options and prices will be provided to you prior to the shipment
or delivery of your gift. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. There will
be a redelivery fee if an incorrect destination address is given.
Cancellation
If
requested prior to shipment, any in stock basket order maybe cancelled.
Custom baskets once ordered are considered non-cancelable.
Return
Policy
We
guarantee that your gift will arrive in perfect condition. In the
event that you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied, please contact
one of our customer service representatives at 760 638-0428 with
in 48 hours of receipt of the gift basket for a return authorization
number. To better assist you, we require that all returns have a
return authorization number. We would appreciate it if the gift
basket would be shipped back to us with in one week of receipt of
a return authorization number. The gift basket contents must be
returned unopened and in good condition. Please ship the package
back to us with plenty of packing materials, and ship the parcel
back to us freight prepaid via UPS Ground Service. We will be happy
to send you a replacement, a gift certificate with no expiration
date, or issue a full refund excluding the return shipping cost.
Substitutions
Depending
on the season, product availability, and the constant addition of
new unique items our inventory changes. In the event that we are
out of an item, we reserve the right to make a substitution with
an equal or greater value item.

the addition of new unique products to our line, it may be necessary
to substitute an item.
